As communicated via email…”I made another 2 batches of banana bread today. Love the consistency, texture, taste. It continues to be light and flavorful. I did muffins and mini loaves on convection and bake testing out both forms of baking with the flour. I feel I like the convection, its favored due to shorter baking time and tops coming out nice and done. Will be back!”Cindy's Banana Bread
