A: ~73 cups, everyone measures a little bit differently but one should get 73 to 74 cups.
Q: Can your gluten free flour be used as a straight 1:1 exchange when all-purpose flour is called for?

A: YES! Remember the blend includes Xantham Gum.

A: YES! Believe it or not. In 1963 Grandpa Malcolm started baking and cooking and he never stopped. Nanci stood by his side for years perfecting her own baking craft. Jennifer did nothing of the sort. She just loves her family and what her grandfather left to her – his recipes. ENJOY!
Q: Do you sell to the trade at wholesale?
A: YES! We sell our baked goods and all-purpose flour blend to the trade.
- Our minimum order for baked goods is 3 dozen units. All baked goods are formulated to freeze and thaw without losing our signature taste or texture.
- Our minimum order for the all-purpose flour blend is 25lbs. All orders must be paid in full via credit card or wire transfer.
