We are in the business of selling sweet baked goods and all-purpose flour. We DO NOT issue refunds for goods that are confirmed delivered via a 3rd party shipping service. We do strive for excellence. We will ALWAYS make every effort to make sure your order is correct and you are 100% satisfied.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday – Thursday. All sweet baked goods ship overnight arriving Tuesday – Friday. We do not ship Friday – Sunday nor on holidays. We do not upcharge for overnight shipping. If you have a special request please contact us at taster@steinerscoffeecakeofnewyork.com
